Joy Jackson
After completing her photography degree from Texas State University, Joy decided to pursue her passion in the hair industry by attending a Pivot Point International school. She graduated at the top of her class while achieving numerous awards. Joy continued her training by completing her apprenticeship under the distinguished owners of Capelli Salon. She has also received advanced training in Bumble and Bumble styling classes, continuing education classes and she stays current on new trends by attending hair shows. Joy is presently creating unique and individualistic looks for her clients by applying cutting edge techniques combined with her artistic perspective.

A Kansas native, Lisa has been in the industry for over four years. She received her training at Xenon International Academy, an accredited Pivot Point school. Since that time Lisa has attended multiple continuing education classes in color, razor cutting and the latest trends. Ann, a Texas native, has been in the industry for three years. Having completed her apprenticeship under the owners of Capelli Salon, she has also received advanced training in hair cutting at Bumble and Bumble University, New York, NY. She has competed in hair competitions and participated in both local fashion shows and print work. Ann specializes in creating hairstyles that are uniquely suited to each client’s hair texture, face shape and lifestyle and is especially passionate about styling curly and Asian hair.

Denerae Lavergne
Denerae, a Louisiana native, received her training at a Pivot Point School, an internationally renowned cosmetology program, where she finished in the top of her class. She then moved to Austin to further her career and started at Capelli in 2005. She completed her apprenticeship under the owners of the salon. She regularly attends hands-on classes, seminars, and hair shows to further her knowledge of new styles and techniques. She has also completed advanced styling techniques, including European Braid Extensions. Denerae uses her ingenuity and passion for hair to create a style perfect for each of her clients.
